Systems fail quietly. My job is making sure they can't.

Downtime is never just a technical event — it's lost trades, broken trust, blind security. I build the watch that catches faults before customers do: meaningful alerting, fast escalation, documented playbooks, and a detection practice sharpened daily.

Before trading platforms, I kept air-defense systems combat-ready.

As a commanding officer in the Armenian Armed Forces, I led and mentored personnel through combat duty, managed the maintenance and repair of air-defense systems, and made rapid decisions in genuinely high-stress environments — where "downtime" is not a metric but a risk you cannot accept.

That standard followed me into civilian engineering: through network administration at A-E-MS, IT support and service monitoring at SoftConstruct, and into the 24/7 watch over live trading systems at Exante. The mission changed. The standard didn't.
